Kirk4Kids Sunday School encourages primary-school aged children to learn about God in a fun-filled way. Children take part in telling or reading the story, and do activities that help them imagine the story more vividly.
Kirk4Kids Creche helps our little tots to play, explore, and enjoy learning Bible stories in a safe environment.
At the end of each school year all children who have been attending Kirk4Kids Sunday School and Creche receive a gift at our Prize Giving service.
Throughout the year Kirk4Kids participate in a variety of activities - not all lessons and pursuits are classroom based: take a look at our photographs below to get a flavour of the different ways we learn about God and His world...!

RELAX! God put the wiggle in children;
don't feel you have to suppress it among us. All are welcome!
Sit toward the front where it is easier for your little ones to see and hear...
They get bored seeing the backs of others' heads!
Explain to them what's going on. Sing the songs, bow in prayer.
Children learn by copying you.
If you have to leave the service with your child, feel free to do so,
but please come back. As Jesus said, "Let the children come to me."
We want children to respond positively to church, to God and to one another. Consider it 'home from home'.
Come and drop in for some Christmas creative fun - let the kiddos build, stick, decorate, paint and glue to their hearts content while the grown ups enjoy a warm cuppa and some tasty homebaking. We have creche facilities for the little toots too with some baby/toddler friendly crafts designed especially for them.
On Sunday the 3rd of December all children and their families are invited to 'show and tell' (or just 'show' if they are too shy!) their wonderful creations as we kick off with the Advent celebrations. The morning will begin at 11am for teas, coffees, juice and donuts, and the service begins at 11:30. The following week we will be starting a new block of Kirk4Kids which will be Christmas themed.
